The Tungland Corporation (TTC) is proud to offer a competitive benefits package including the following:
Health Insurance
TTC offers full-time employees a choice between two United Healthcare plans, a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan and a Health Savings Account (HSA) plan. Both plans are available through a payroll deduction plan after satisfying the probationary period. Spouse and family coverage is also available.
Dental Insurance
Full and part-time employees become eligible for dental insurance through Total Dental Administrators after 30 days of employment. Employees may choose a PPO plan or a Dental Health Maintenance Organization (DHMO) plan. They are available through a payroll deduction plan. Spouse and family coverage is also available.
Voluntary Life Insurance
Employees have the opportunity to purchase life insurance benefits for themselves and their eligible dependents. Up to $300,000 in coverage is available to employees and up to $5,000 for each dependent child.
Paid Holidays
TTC recognizes six holidays per year and provides holiday pay for eligible employees.
Floating Holidays
Full-time employees are eligible to receive two paid floating holidays after both their first and second anniversary dates of employment. On their third anniversary date and subsequent anniversary dates, full-time employees are eligible to receive three floating holidays.
Paid Vacation
Full-time employees will receive vacation pay as follows:
- 40 hours vacation upon completion of first year of service
- 80 hours vacation yearly for the second to fourth year of service
- 120 hours vacation yearly for the fifth to seventh year of service
- 160 hours vacation yearly for the eighth year and subsequent years of service
Part-time employees will receive vacation pay at a prorated amount depending on their average hours worked.
Sick Leave
Paid sick leave provides full-time employees with a measure of security during a time when illness or injury prevents them from earning their usual salary. Full-time employees accrue sick leave at 4 hours per month and cannot be used prior to 6 months of full-time employment.
401K Plan
TTC offers a 401k plan to employees over 21 who have been employed for at least 1 year and who work 1000 hours per year.
Tuition Reimbursement
TTC offers tuition reimbursement for up to 6 credits per semester to eligible employees. See Human Resources for details.
Credit Union Membership
TTC partners with Arizona Central Credit Union to offer memberships for employees and their families.
